We built around a single anchor image, the Star Photo. That creates a stable identity reference and reduces the setup burden. Users do not need to experiment with multiple inputs to get something that looks like them.
We allow an optional inspiration image, but it stays optional. Flexibility matters, but requiring extra inputs raises the cost of trust. For most users, fewer steps feel safer.
Transparency and feedback loops
Trust grows after the first try. Users need to see consistency and accountability over time. That meant we focused on clarity, predictable steps, and reliable outcomes.
